Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is on-demand fuel management, tax automation, and compliance software provider. They deliver innovative, scalable cloud-based fuel logistics solutions that streamline fuel distribution. Fuel retailers, wholesalers, and haulers gain real-time visibility and paperless control of fuel buying, dispatching, and reconciliation on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. The fuel management system integrates all major suppliers, distributors, terminals, and price feeds in one standard fuel supply chain by automating all aspects of the fuel management process, from procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, strategic sourcing, financial reconciliation, margin analysis, and environmental compliance monitoring. The client provides industry-leading software and services to suppliers, distributors, convenience stores, carriers, and fleets that manage transportation fuels worldwide. It delivers operational and financial value for companies responsible for more than 30 billion gallons of gasoline and diesel annually.
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.

  • Proficiency in Golang.

  • Expertise in Java.

  • Expertise in Python.

  • Knowledge of service mesh/microservices and related API development.

  • Knowledge of Docker/containers.

  • Understanding of databases: MongoDB and Postgres.

  • Experience with AWS Cloud or similar platforms.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide modernization of the Legacy platform and set of products.

  • Stabilize and add new customer features tactically while migrating data and product sets to the modern cloud micro-service-based architecture.

  • Add new functionality and microservices on the newly modernized product platform.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with front-end microservices.

  • Experience with Angular/React.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with source control and build management using Git and Jenkins.

  • Experience with continuous integration, build management, and automated test frameworks.
